Report the average hours   of training per employee

When reporting on total training hours, guidance on inclusion include:  All types of vocational training and instruction, Paid educational leave provided by a company for its employees, Training or education pursued externally and paid for in whole or in part by a company, and Training does not include on-site coaching by supervisors. The formula for calculating average training hours is as follows:

Average training hours per employee =

Total number of training hours provided to employees/Total number of employees

Average training hours per employee Total number of training hours provided to employees                  Total number of employees
